KING ABDULLA ECONOMIC CITY, Saudi Arabia: Majesticks GC endured a tough second day in LIV Golf Jeddah presented by ROSHN.

The three Majesticks Co-Captains were all tied for the 36th place at even-par as birdies refused to come their way at the Royal Greens Golf & Country Club.

With just one round of the regular season remaining, the team will look forward to have a solid round tomorrow, before moving to Miami for the Team Championship.

“It’s going to be a match play situation in Miami and anything can happen over there. We haven’t had the best season, but we have an opportunity to change all that with one good week there,” said Co-Captain Henrik Stenson.

Ian Poulter was the best-performing Majesticks player with a 2-under par round that included birdies on the first, sixth and 10th holes.

Lee Westwood came in with his second successive even-par round. He made a couple of birdies, but that was undone by a double bogey on the par-3 16th holes.

Stenson continued to have trouble with the par-5 18th hole and made a bogey there for the second successive day, but more annoying was his cold putter as he just had one birdie in a round of one-over 71.

Back-to-back double bogeys on the difficult 13th and 14th holes wrecked Sam Horsfield’s card and he closed with four-over 74.
